Hello everyone 
This is my OC Netsu (jap. for warmth).
I drew her today because I was bored.
I gave her this name because of the color from her top! When I see this orange I feel warmth!
I really like her. I'm a little bit proud of the coloring from the hair in the background because I don't know how I made it
I hope you like her.

How cute! I just love blue hair!! 
And it's great you used contrast colors (blue & orange), it brings so much life to the picture!
The only fault in this drawing I see is the hairline. How should I explain this... On her forehead you can see where her hair begins (you've colored it dark blue) and that loks great, but on the left side of her head there is no hairline. I suck at explaining XD
Oh, and maybe you should give hear ears as well?
But overall I must say, you're so good at drawing chibis and I hope to see more of this character!
